BACK TO OOOOOOVA

well, because i was never really gone, i can't say that i've been gone, eh? hahaha, the new semester has been refreshing. i've been running into old friends allllll over. it's been making me really happy.

summer school was a bummer. lab's were easy, but still, it was a bummmmmmer. but afterwards, my family and i went on a psycho 4-day, 3-night trip all the way up to maine and back again. it was crazy, but at least i didn't have to drive. the boys took care of it all. they didn't let me touch the benz...  oh well, i enjoyed napping for 24 hours or so.

john john is gone. he moved in last friday. *sigh* nobody's at home right now 'cept my parents. my momma's feelin' lonely so she's probably going to swing by and clean house for me or whatnot. my condo's a firehazard and looks like a hurricane hit it in three rooms. hehe, all my hard work will have been for naught once she's here. BAH.

classes have been good. nothing too stressful yet. although, i am DETERMINED to work hard this semester. i will be reading ALL chapters of my organic chem book, even if it kills me. YUP. i am gunna DO IT! haha.

oooh yeah! i met my PAFN kiddies. well, two of them. i have four, i've met 3 of them through some means or another but the fourth is still unknown to me. i even made gift baggies for all of them. damn. i am a GOOD advisor.  j/k

i think that's gunna be all for today. bai bai. i hope that everybody's first days back have been equally enjoyable as mine.

i am ridiculously angry at the moment. angry at family, mostly. namely two individuals who REALLY seem to believe the world revolves around them and their "schedules." DON'T DRAG ME ALONG TO YOUR FUCKING GET TOGETHERS IF YOU DON'T WANT ME THERE!!! i am a bitch. YES I AM. this has been gone over a few THOUSAND times already. i have a way of thinking and i LIKE my way of thinking. i will not change myself FOR YOU. i change myself and my ideas for ME. for my BENEFIT. not YOURS. deal with it.

i am tired. i don't like taking pictures with practical strangers. "first meeting is as strangers, second is as family" MY FUCKING ASS. HELL NO. i don't KNOW you. i have not SPOKEN to you. not anyone's fault really. no one's in fact. BUT I DON'T WANT TO TAKE PICTURES WITH YOU. and then... if i do take pictures with you, DON'T FUCKING INSULT THEM!!! if you just HAVE to take pictures with me then don't go bitchin and whinin to me about how FAT we all look. WE ARE FAT. have ya considered THAT alternative?

shit. i am tired and angry. it's raining outside. cars are slippin and slidin. i'm pretty sure people are going to die today. roads are wretched. i am locked in a stranger's home. typing this response. WITH NOTHING TO DO!!! they picked me up RANDOMLY! i could have WALKED back, but NO, they needed me for my KEYS and yet they didn't even have the decency to abandon me properly. i don't mind being stranded in a bookstore. THEY DO. they need PURPOSE. they need to CREATE their own purpose. they need to IMPOSE that purpose on others. well... FUCK THAT.

btw, i am in San Francisco at the moment. i love the city. hate the company. roads are fun. walking is fantabulous. shopping is amazing. food is yummy. i will move here in my own time.

the school year is ALMOST over for me. sucks for you youngins tho. still stuck in high school and all that. oh welllllllll... ^___________________^ *cheesin' it*

UVA has been very good to me overall. i have met a lot of people this year and stand to meet many more next year. my classes have shown me humility, struggle, and triumphs. *NOT* this year was fun academic-wise, decent social-wise, and enlightening personal-wise. my roommate helped me realize many flaws that i had not previously considered and i am ever grateful for her guidance. i met many awesome fourth-years and am truly sad to see them go. a number of them were very good to me and i will miss the luxury of their friendship. beyond that, hmmmm... end of the year comments? let's see:

- girls are gross

- drama is not pre-existant, it is created through forces unknown to me

- liquor before beer and you're in the clear, beer before liquor and you've never been sicker

- shower shoes are a girl's best friends

- procrastination is a craft that takes time, skill, and practice

- don't be afraid to throw yourself out there, people like that

- thai food is uber yummilicious

- language courses drain me of my life energy

- reconnecting with the world after you've shut yourself out is DAMN hard, so avoid unless absolutely necessary

and this, the culmination of one year of UVA study, my creme de la creme of KNOWLEDGE...

- school sucks no matter where you go, it's the people you meet and befriend that make it hott, don't go for the study, go for the individuals you hope will change your world

hmmmm... i think that's bout it. i have nothing much else to say. school's almost over. john john is in AU. phillip is graduating from VTech. I'll be in Charlottesville most of the summer doing summer session [bio lab X_X] and volunteering at the hospital [if they accept me].
